Every item we produce is custom and made-to-order. Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed.

It is essential you review your files thoroughly before submitting them for printing. Our ordering process includes an automatic Proof Preview which gives you a chance to upload a replacement file before submitting your order. We highlight the importance of checking these previews thoroughly for errors before you commit to checkout.

Once your order is placed, your files are sent to our production queue. You should contact us immediately via phone or email if you forsee any issues with your order, but once the order is in production it cannot be fully cancelled. We can work with you to determine if you are eligible for a discounted reprint.



If your order has been damaged or lost during shipping, contact us by email within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We reccommend you document any damage with photographs. We will contact the shipping provider regarding the damage or missing package.

EBC is not liable for damage to the order after the package has left our shop, but you may be eligible for a partial or full replacement of your order. 


In the event of defects to your order, please contact us by email within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. Please include images of any issues, misprints, or defects, so that we may determine if you are eligible for a full or partial replacement of your order. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandles by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned. 

DO NOT discard your order until we have contacted you with a resolution - we may require return of the product in part or in full in order to proceed with your replacement order.


Transactions may be disputed under the following circumstances:

Fraudulent Purchase / Unrecognized Purchase / Product Not Received / Product Damaged or Unacceptable / Credit Not Processed / Duplicate Transaction

In all cases, we encourage you to reach out to us to see if we can help resolve your dispute.  


EBC may cancel orders if the buyer's credit card is declined or becomes delinquent before completion of the order.
